you should go with a corset-like bikini top those are most flattering for small chests.(like this one): if your not a fan of this kind of top maybe try one with volume like frills or padding :) and boy short bottoms look great on girls with a booty :) hope I helped! p.s. your dark skin would look great with light colors and neons!
