It's not baaaaad.. It's cheap material and looks nothing like the pictures. Kind of like wal mart !

Yes, it is. I have bought about three dresses from it before. Two of them I liked, but the other I did not, so I returned it and got a refund with no problem at all. It does not take long to ship either. I would say probably just about a week or two. Good luck. =)
