The definition of weird (loosely) is 'not ordinary' so if the majority of boys don't do it then technically it is weird however, I feel that weird is the wrong word to use as it implies 'wrong' as well (in my mind). A better word would be 'unusual' or 'uncommon' as these simply refer to the commonness and frequency of the occurrence rather than implying any judgement. If the boy enjoys it and he isn't harming anyone then there's absolutely nothing wrong with it whatsoever.
Depends on the age of the boy. If he is too young, don't bother. But as he grows up, he should have specific test.
No. Many girls wear girls and boys clothes and that is considered okay but when boys wear girl clothes its all the sudden wierd according to an ignorant society that engages in ignorant Neanderthal thinking and supports a double standard. I find it strange how women wear trends called "men's wear" but there are no boys clothing called "women's wear". End the ignorant double standards. What's fair for one gender is fair for the other. Otherwise girls need to stop wearing boys clothes and shut up.
