I'm not sure what Norm Core is but it's very normal to wear shoes w/out socks, only they're wearing, ballet flats, heals, sandals or flip flops. I'm sure some girls don't wear socks w/sneakers for some reason but I always wear socks with boots &sneakers.

Sarah, normcore means that it is something that has been around but has suddenly become popular. Living in California, it is sinfull to wear socks with flats etc. But there are close to none who wear sneakers like Vans or Keds without socks sadly:(

I hope someone sees the irony in kids following a 'fashion trend' that prescribes how to follow those who don't follow trends and are therefore...BLAND So you really want directions on how to look completely uninteresting? WHY? Go buy yourself some black men's socks then, and wear them with white sneakers. Yuck. What a racket. You can tell the fashion bloggers have run out of material when people are trying to dress like every ex-husband that ever lived.
