You are allergic to nickle. I am severely allergic and cannot wear jewelry unless it is 14K+ gold, titanium (thats the best) or platinum. Those should be fine for you.

instead of metal try to find a gold percing it can have any bit of gold just that it has gold in it

you probably have a nickle allergy you need either a high grade surgical steel, titanium or go for PTFE jewellery most metals have nickle in them getting something wit a very low % or none is your answer
