I have a dress that come a bit over the thighs, i'm not sure which material it is, maybe stretchy cotton ((i've seen stretch PVC somewhere on the internet and it sorta fits how my dress is)) The problem is that it stretches over my butt and then goes right around it and gets tight at my thighs again and it looks really awkward since i have a big butt. I dont want it that way so is there any way i can stretch the thigh part of the dress without ruining it? With the dress on, put your arms straight down at your sides inside the dress. You body and your arms are together inside the skirt. Now pull your arms away from your body, just a little. Put your arms back into the sleeves to see if you are happy. If not, do it again. It stretches it out without ruining the shape.
