For my adolescence and young adulthood I've always looked like I'm stoned and it's getting to the stage where I am so insecure about going into public because I hate the impression that I give. I always have red/dark rings under my eyes and red on my nose (and slightly cheeks) and this seems to make people think I am high. I am a guy so makeup is not an option. The only thing is stoners tend to look unkempt and I think the facial hair might give that appearance, but it's not really a big deal. Then the only other thing is the bags under your eyes. You said no makeup, but concealer would help that and it blends into your skintone, so it's not obvious you're wearing makeup. but I don't think it really matters, you're actually hella fine

Get a haircut and omg - shave your face! It will make a difference.
