Claire's does cartilage piercings but it takes a little longer for them to heal rather than getting it done with a needle. The price can totally range but I've gotten all 3 of my cartilage piercings done with the 3mm 14k white gold studs that are $55. They carry a lower risk of infection and are the best ones. There is a cartilage fee of $3 and by the time it all adds up, its about $60. The earrings are well worth the money though.

I got mine done at Claire's in Indiana and it was around 35$ but you're buying the pair of ear rings so you'll get a second one.
I'm not sure how much it costs, but I do know that Claire's wont do cartilage piercings.
