I think zebra nails would look good if you use hot pink instead of white.

Something not too busy so people focus on your dress and your face more than your nails. I'd say something like this ^ Something silver or gold more than pink-I don't recommend pink on pink. Maybe something like white nails with silver tips or silver nails with shiny silver tips. I think a shade colour on the nails. (black, white, grey)
You should match your nails to your accessories. I prefer bold solid color with rounded stiletto nails(Rihanna's nails but rounder.) If your dress is simple, go really bold with the nails, if you're dress is the eye catcher, go with simple nails.
Zoey, I would definitely would need to see the dress. However, I recommend pink nails with a white chevron design. I have seen this before and it is so cute! Have fun at prom! (:
