I bought this gorgeous dress from Nasty Gal and I feel it would look better with a necklace. I was thinking something like 'gold' fashion jewelry, or a bib necklace. My problem is, I have microdermal implants on my collar bones. I wouldn't go a bib necklace, I'd go for a long drop pendant with stones to match your piercings. I think something like this would look striking with those piercings and that dress.
