Not with the sleeves. It appears too little girl style. I would have it tailored sleeveless, and ask for the material back. I would use that material as matching hair accessories, if you wanted too, or whatever. Then, I'd say, yes, wear it to the party
Very cute, but keep the accessories toned down to make it casual.
