Converse go one full size up I wear a 12 in most shoes but I wear 11 in converse also converse arent wide at all
Go for it omg its only a shoe size if you want them that bad you will put up with a few blisters until the stretch, I wear a uk 4 but wanted a designer shoe so bad I bought a size uk 3 ' 5 inch stiletto pump' they moulded to my feet and became my favourite shoe so I would buy them if I was you, good luck .
I really wouldn't risk it... a whole size smaller is going to make them pretty uncomfortable to wear. You would regret it within an hour of wearing them, and then it would be too late to return them. This 'runs a little bigger' may make a half size difference, but not a full size.
I agree, you should just visit a store and try them on. If you can't, then I would suggest ordering them from somewhere that you can return them to, and yes, designer shoes usually are larger than the actual size, so that should be fine. (:
