Times are changing, my friend. And besides, not all Western ladies dress half naked. You're just talking about the ones you see in the media and on commercials. Even if what you say is right, don't assume and make generalizations- that's creating a biased stereotype.

At one time women weren't allowed to vote either, but times change. Women can wear what they want, and if it makes them feel good about themselves, who cares? And it's not every women dressing half-naked, it's the ones you chose to single out. There are many many girls who dress in jeans and skirts, and many more who like to dress in shorts and crop tops. Who cares? It's none of anyone's business what people chose to wear.

It's the media man. It's not becoming the in style to dress and leave nothing to the imagination. Aprently it's "sexy" although it's just slutty. It's a trend, it'll pass with time although no one will be able to tell how long. Just look at the past trends and styles that come and go.
