It would look like you're trying to get attention for the wrong reasons. A casual outfit would be your best bet. People shouldn't judge solely on appearance, but if you're dressing how you described you will be labeled.

Whoa, whoa, whoa. You can WHATEVER you want, alright? No one should harass you for what you want to wear. The word "slutty" is some stupid myth that restricts women from what they want to wear. If you want to wear shorts and a tank top for yourself, go and do it! Don't dress for anyone else other than yourself, okay? If you feel comfortable and confident in your own clothes, wear them.

wear whatever you want! of course, let it be for the right reasons. its hot outside? do it! youre gonna go swimming? right on! but if your intentions are for stares and looks, its not appropriate. show your body, but not too much. im sure youve got a beautiful inside, and a beautiful outside. but if you want to catch peoples eyes, maybe show the inside more than the out. but do whatever you want, in the end its your body and nobody can tell you different.
