Where can I find fitted sheets for 2' tall air mattress?

Is it a queen sized? Try a king or California king fitted sheet. The corners will look a little wierd but the extra width should allow you to stretch it farther down.

You can also use King sized flat sheets which are 122" x 118" which will reach the floor on the two sides but be a few inches short from the floor head to toe. If the head of the bed is against the wall, just leave the shortness on that end and you won't ever see it. Lay the sheet on the bed with all the edges hanging down equally along the sides and at the foot. Then you can either use large safety pins (baby diaper pins if you can find them) to neatly corner fold the excess at each mattress corner to make a snug fit. Or, if you have a sewing machine, just pull each point of the corner out straight and fold the sides together diagonally, then stitch a line straight down to make a corner seam. Look at how a fitted sheet is sewn to see what I mean. You really don't need elastic at the bottom, you can just tuck any excess under the bed. That will cover the whole mattress so you don't need a skirt. You know you can buy (or make) skirts that don't have a platform, they are just like a valance curtain with an elastic top"waistband" that you stretch around the bed perimeter, just like putting a real skirt on a person. In fact you could make one by using straight across valance curtains if you wanted, sewn together to get the length to wrap around the bed and with elastic run in the channel at the top where the curtain rod would go.

I've made my own bedding for various sizes of beds over the years.

Buy a valance sheet - they're fitted and the sides reach the floor. A platform valance is for use between the bed base and mattress, You need the other type.

I have an airbed for guests that's nice but looks pretty tacky for them. I want my guests to feel more at home but the fitted sheets don't cover it all the way to the bottom. A skirt would be nice also but I can't seem to find one long enough to reach the floor.

thanks!
