If its in a deep fat fryer and it is burned out, empty into a resealable container ie. The bottle it came out of, or coke bottle ..... and put in the bin.
If its clean keep using it.
If its from shallow frying properly best to have an 'oil' container and each time your finished with it put it in the container till full then seal and bin....
Well, just asking! I'm cooking right now and I just wondered. My mom usually recycle them and I don't know what she does to it after.
Also, I need to know what to do with it just in case I started living on my own, I really want to try cooking a lot of different foods when I finally move out and live alone but I don't know what to do with the leftover oil. I'd like to know how to dispose it properly.
