sounds like bed bugs to me ,put in a complaint to the hotel who should move you and reduce your bill at least
Probably bed bugs, report it to the front desk they will treat you like a queen.
My boyfriend and I recently stayed in a hotel in Barcelona, and after our first night there I discovered that I had a few bug bites on my face and neck (my boyfriend had none). There was also a tiny bit of blood on the bed sheet, around the area where my lower body would've been. At first I thought we might have had bed bugs in the hotel bed, but now I'm not so sure. The bug bites, while all in my upper body area above my shoulders, are isolated instead of being found mostly in rows of 3-5. They are red and easily noticeable on my face, but they are not itchy. I inspected the bed and the bed sheets, and could not find other blood marks apart from the one I mentioned earlier, and I could not find any actual bugs or insect feces either.
I'm not sure if the bites are from bed bugs or not, but I am nevertheless going to make sure that every possible thing we had with us is bug free. However, I would still know more of these mystery bites just so I could have some idea of whether our flat is in danger of a bed bug infestation or not.
