Should a constuction contractor use my electricity?

If contractor is working on your property under a home improvement contract you entered into yes. If you are renting and the work is being done on your dwelling, yes because it benefits you. The cost for saws and a nail gun compressor will be pennies per day.

As for the bathroom, depends. For large projects over an extended period the general contractor should place a porta potty at the job site. It is an intrusion to have strange people, mostly men entering your living space. However, if this was not included in the bid you may need to re negotiate and share cost with general contractor.

Do you work all day without a potty? Workmen and women are human and it is considerate to provide for this need, don't expect them to use the bushes.

Look at it this way, the cost of the electricity they use will only be at the most a couple dollars a day, if that much. If you want them to provide their own they can with either a generator or temporary power. HOWEVER the cost of either one WILL be included in the bill and they will estimate their cost and charge you several times more than it will actually cost. So you will pay for it one way or another. The cheapest way will be to provide them all the electricity they need.

Only if working on your place...If their across the road or at the neighbors then no.

Pull the plug.

that and the bathroom too

Yes, you should provide the electricity. That would be standard.

if they are working on your house yes
