This is LED lights era so now you should change your choice & lighting products in order to get more benefits. Halogen lights produce a lot of heat while LEDs produce very little heat & do not add it to an environment's temperature. Same way halogen use a large amount of electricity while LEDs lights use only a fraction of the power which can lead to huge savings in electricity bill each month.

So I am sharing one link for you to select required LEDs lights from number of options.

I need to buy a mini pendant light for over the kitchen sink, and one mini pendant fixture requires a G9 Halogen bulb 50 watt max. But I have no clue as to how that bulb will compare to a 60 watt incandescent bulb. I don't want dim light above the sink, so a minimum 60 watt incandescent would work. Will a G9 Halogen 50 watt bulb provide enough light? Thank you.
