Nothing is helping or getting rid of them , please help!!!!

The best method that worked for me when my sister's dog left fleas in the house was to take some shallow pans or aluminum pie plates and fill them half full of water and add a little dish soap to it. Set a few pans out in areas where you suspect the fleas are...bedrooms or carpeted areas,etc... Place a desk lamp over each pan about a foot high above the pan such that the light is suspended over the pan and shines down on it. Works better at night. The theory is that fleas are attracted to heat and light and will jump towards the light and fall back down into the pan of water and drown. Check each pan every day for fleas and empty/refill as needed until no more fleas appear in the pans.

It took me a few days before all the fleas were gone but it worked better than other methods. You can also remove bedding or clothing, etc.. and run them in the dryer on high heat for a few minutes to kill fleas.

If you have a dog or cat, have a vet inspect and treat them for fleas...or give them a good bath and add flea collars...some people take their dogs to lakes or rivers and have them swim for a while ,etc..

Provided you have dealt with any pet with flea problems, you need to vacuum every day or two. Wash any bedding a pet with fleas uses. Put the shallow dishes with water under lamps, and the fleas will drown. Put a piece of flea collar in the vacuum collector, it will kill any fleas you vacuum up. Fleas are blind, but are attracted to light and heat. They will live without a host for two weeks. Vacuuming will get about 90% of them. They will stay in carpet or upholstery. Wherever your boyfriend is located when he,s bitten, is probably about where they are. I would also get flea powder, and dust the underside of upholstered furniture.

Have you taken the dog to the vet to get safe and effective treatment for the dog? I have been using Advantage or Revolution on my pets for the past 16 years and that's the only flea prevention measure I've had to use in all that time.

Have you got a dog inside? If you don't doctor the dog you will get nowhere. If you have done that then use the flea bombs again or shampoo your carpets and redo the flea treatment. They are really hard to get rid of.But keep at it and you will be flea free.

If You have a Dog or Cat speak to the Veterinarian and get Them to prescribe a treatment . They will also recommend how You should get Your home cleared of the remaining Fleas. You may have to have all Your clothing and bedding Dry Cleaned and have the home sprayed by a professional.
