You did not give any clue as to what you are missing? or looking for as all houses come with that unless you live in a cardboard box.

if if could do it again i would buy a brick house. i have vinyl sidning now and i hate it. if you live in a cold area try not to get a house with a heat pump. check to see how old the appliances are in the house. like the ac unit or water heater etc. i prefer gas heating and cooking but thats just preference. its cheaper and the utility bill. garage is pretty sweet for storing **** too. but everybody is different with what they want. dont settle on a house make sure its what you want. have fun house searching dont make it a chore.
DO NOT NEED bedroom, bathroom, living room or kitchen/ dining room. Need necessities and should haves.
