In a situation like yours, I would apply for jobs until I got new one, and then advertise for roommates so that I had someone to share expenses with. Our 21 year old daughter, for instance, lived with three others last year, and two this year so that she can afford her rent and utilities.
You can go to college without money. How? You fill out a form at FAFSA.gov. They will look at your income, and if you are without any income, you can get $5,500 to apply to your tuition. You need to be enrolled for 12 credit hours (typically that means three classes) per semester. A Community College would be less expensive than a four year college, so you likely would be able to cover tuition with the $5,500. You can get a two year degree in a field, and then use that degree to find a better paying job.
With the better paying job you can potentially afford the tuiton to finish a four year degree and get an even better paying job.
There you go, a life plan. : )
No one owes you anything. People have houses because they earned money to pay for them. People get better jobs because they learn skills to do those jobs.

Consider going to a community college and get a degree so you can get a better paying job. Maybe later you could do a university. The only one standing in the way of your wants is yourself who chooses to no nothing but complain.
I was adopted as well. My life was good with some bad. But I chose to go to college and get a career and have a family. Me being adopted has never affected what i do with my life.

How can you "buy" with NO currency. That does not make sense. Get a job, save the money, then you can buy a house...years and years down the road.
